Job Summary
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our strategic client relationships. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with customized solutions that meet their requirements. You will also work closely with our sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for product development and enhancement based on client feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in key account management or a related field.
- Experience managing strategic client relationships and delivering customized solutions.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
