Job Summary
As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s technology strategy. You will lead a team of developers and engineers to design, develop and implement our technology solutions. You will work closely with the CEO and other members of the executive team to ensure that our technology is aligned with our business objectives and can support our growth.

- Collaborate with external partners to deliver technology solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in technology leadership roles within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology strategies that support business objectives and drive growth.
- Experience managing teams of developers and engineers.
- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential impact on the business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
