Job Summary
As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth and enhancing the customer experience on our website. The primary responsibilities of the role include:
- Developing and executing strategies that drive online sales growth.
- Identifying and implementing best practices for website design, user experience, and online merchandising.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic to the website.
- Analyzing website data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Managing the website content, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Ensuring that the website is up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and company news.
- Managing relationships with external partners, such as digital agencies and payment processors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or related field in the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends in the fashion industry.
- Experience with website content management systems, digital analytics tools, and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms.
