E-commerce Manager

Job Summary

As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth and enhancing the customer experience on our website. The primary responsibilities of the role include:

  • Developing and executing strategies that drive online sales growth.
  • Identifying and implementing best practices for website design, user experience, and online merchandising.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic to the website.
  • Analyzing website data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Managing the website content, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Ensuring that the website is up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and company news.
  • Managing relationships with external partners, such as digital agencies and payment processors.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or related field in the fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends in the fashion industry.
  • Experience with website content management systems, digital analytics tools, and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms.
