Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a competent Recruitment Consultant to assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business. You will attract candidates, screen them, and match them to appropriate positions. Creating recruiting strategies and building relationships are very important duties as well. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Define job description and document specifications
  • Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g., job advertising)
  • Evaluate resumes and applications and conduct pre-interview screening
  • Conduct confidential interviews
  • Present detailed candidate profile summaries
  • Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
  • Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
  • Facilitate and finalise agreements between candidate and employer 

Job Specifications

  • At least 7 years’ proven experience as recruitment consultant or similar position
  • Committed to excellence and takes pride in own output
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed, well-organized, able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work with targets and strict timelines
  • Computer savvy with experience using HRIS and ATS
